Slopreside Construction Inc is seeking General Manager. motivated to recruit new employees, work as a team player to help manage day to day operations of 6 shops, budget resources formulating policies, coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service, engaging with vendors, must be neat in appearance, computer knowledge needed.
Experience
Minimum of 7 years business to business account or customer management, internal operations or process improvement, or project management experience required.
Strong work ethic, with the desire to help our franchise owners succeed.
Computer experience required.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Management, and Finance, Engineering, MIS or related field required.
Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements
compensation: $60k to $90k/yr
