New Bern Auto Group is searching for an experienced Fixed Operations Director to oversee its five franchises. Experienced Service Managers are encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate must have the following:
- Proven track record of fixed operations success, preferably with multiple rooftops
- DMS Experience, preferably CDK
- Knowledge of maximizing OEM programs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with many priorities
- Proven track record of developing people
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Strong communication skills
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid U.S.. Driverâs License with a good driving record
- Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Test
