Personal Assistant provides executive support to the CEO directly. The executive assistant will serve as the primary internal and external point of contact. Provides personalized secretarial, administrative, and domestic support in a range of areas. Should have strong written and oral communication; administrative and organizational skills and the ability to maintain a balance among multiple priorities. Must work well under pressure and multitask fluently. The ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and handle confidential matters with discretion is essential.
Most importantly, a true desire to be both helpful and organized is required. This support and service position requires someone self- motivated that gets satisfaction from being a great assistant getting things done and done properly.
Essential Responsibilities:
Coordinate timelines and checklists of deliverable and schedules on various projects for CEO.
Supervise and coordinate CEO’s internal and external support staff, contractors and consultants.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the office of the CEO.
Arrange and schedule meetings.
Make travel arrangements consistent with the specific, detailed needs of the CEO and travel partners. Accurately tracks expenses for CEO by managing credit cards and receipts Draft business and personal correspondence.
Other tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the company Some support for household items including: light childcare; driving/errands; etc
Qualifications/Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

Emotional maturity with a respect of boundaries
Strong organizational skills Ability to multitask seamlessly
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills (internal/external) Expert-level written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving and strong decision-making ability
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint),
Adobe Acrobat platforms
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong sense of FUN and joy in the job
