Main Purpose of Role
- Proactively explore data to find trends, discover KPIs, and apply proper hypothesis testing to build the business
- Monitor campaigns to optimize performance based on industry-best practices
- Provide recommendations that enhance future eMarketing campaign performance and measurements
- Develop robust KPIs and scorecards for marketing performance monitoring
- Produce and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact
- Present analysis and findings to a variety of audiences and the exec team;
- Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance
Skills and Experience Required

You will also need…
- Sufficient Project Management of Sales & Marketing, automation or eCommerce experience
- PMP certification a plus
- Ability to travel in the US and London
- Strong understanding of the Online, Conference and Digital space
- Previous use/understanding of Salesforce or a similar CRM system
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including Power Point, Excel and Outlook
- High energy and positive attitude and determined approach to growing the online business (exceeding team goals, and individual goals)
- Strong work ethic and highly motivated to win and close customers and grow the online business
- Self-Starter and will work independently and without day to day direction
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
