BOOST is hiring a Director of Recruiting to manage and expand our growing recruiting practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with experience in government contract recruiting who also loves business development. BOOST is a fun, growing organization and we are looking for candidates who have a strong interest in managing recruiting clients, providing quality recruiting services and expanding our presence in the GovCon market. This is a full-time position and individual must be based in the Washington, DC area.
Overall responsibilities:
- Serve as recruiting team lead for current BOOST clients
- Manage recruiting consultants
- Expand the BOOST recruiting services division through business development, sales
- Collaborate with BOOST management on overall sales strategy for BOOST recruiting
Recruiting Services Division Lead
- Responsible for performing direct billable recruiting work for BOOST clients, mainly includes billing as team lead, some direct recruiting where appropriate
- Responsible for account management for all BOOST recruiting clients. This includes managing client expectations, sending status reports, communicating with clients on progress and deliverables, following up with clientâs performance, etc.
- Supervise BOOST recruiting consultants on all recruiting clients.
- Responsible for measuring recruiting statistics/metrics for all client projects.
- Responsible for developing successful client delivery strategies for recruitment efforts by such efforts as improving processes for consultants, developing reporting techniques for clients, improving candidate recruitment efforts, etc.
- Develop, lead, and execute a recruitment plan to ensure all recruitment activities are consistent with the company’s mission, vision, and values and hiring goals.
- Maintain Bullhorn/CRM/ATS records for all client engagements. Make recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and maintain an efficient recruitment budget.
- Recommend ways to improve our employer brand.
- Attend various types of networking events, job fairs, etc.; develop a strong referral network of candidates.
Recruiting Services Division Growth
- Collaborate with BOOST CEO and VP, Operations to develop a strategic plan to grow the BOOST recruiting services division.
- Set clear goals and benchmarks with the CEO, VP of Ops for the recruiting departments
- Execute the strategic plan to grow the recruiting services division.
- Participate in all sales calls for BOOST recruiting prospects.
- Responsible for successful growth of the recruiting services division, as defined by goals/metrics of the strategic plan.
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive experience in full life cycle recruiting with a minimum of 2 of those years leading a recruiting team, specifically with a consulting, staffing or outsourcing company
- Experience recruiting for government contractors with highly cleared positions
- Experience in full cycle sourcing and recruiting including Ability to create and implement recruitment pipeline strategy.
- Experience managing other recruiters
- Experience tracking recruiting metrics and success of recruitment strategy efforts.
- Knowledge of employment laws and OFCCP regulations.

- Working knowledge of CRM/ATS tools
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
