The Director of Store Operations, Facilities is accountable to develop, maintain and implement the Strategies for Store Operational Execution, Store Facility Maintenance and Store Procurement. This key leadership role will connect the buying office, regional field teams, and store leadership to deliver an exceptional customer experience in stores. Reporting to the Divisional Vice President of Store Support, the Director of Store Operations & Facilities will lead the Regional Operations Field team and Facilities Field Teams to deliver Top and Bottom line results through best in class store operational processes and execution. This role is also accountable for supporting an exceptional customer experience by ensuring physical store environments are properly maintained.

Bachelor�s degree and/ or 10+ years� experience leading store operations

Experience leading facilities maintenance strongly preferred

As The Director of Store Operations and Facilities, You Will:

Build, maintain and execute the Operational and Facilities Strategies for the stores organization
-
Drive sales and Ebitda by ensuring all stores understand and execute to the company�s operational standards and expectations. Provide guidance and support to the Regional Operation Team as needed to empower them to support stores.

Review operational KPIs weekly and work with the regional team to ensure immediate attention and follow up is provided on deficient stores.

Drive all aspects of Store Operations and Facilities by effectively leading the Regional Operations Manager Team and providing guidance and coaching where appropriate

Lead Store Operational Supply Procurement including sourcing new vendors and negotiating pricing.

Develop strong partnerships with the central, regional and store teams to facilitate problem resolution and drive operational excellence

Visit stores periodically with the regional team to collaborate with store teams on opportunities and make recommendations on efficiencies

Collaborate on improvement of processes and procedures, based upon the needs of the business and customer requirements

Coordinate the implementation of all new store system changes and/or launches with Information Services and training

Ensure that stores maintain the condition of the physical plant, including building maintenance, customer readiness and store cleanliness

Provide leadership to the Regional Operations team to enable them to lead store�s Facilities Management by ensuring team are following the correct procedures and providing insight as appropriate.

Provide strategic partnership to the Asset Protection team in shortage reduction efforts and annual inventory process

Achieve Operations and Facilities expense plans for the store�s organization

Support Regional DVPs and HR in payroll, hours usage, unassigned shifts, open jobs

Monitor weekly/monthly payroll usage and store direct expenses through exception management process and coordinate corrective action with Regional DVPs and Regional Operations Team.

Support All Channel Strategy through a focus on driving store fulfillment rates and productivity

Identify and develop bench strength within the regional and stores teams

Empower Regional Team and Field Facilities Team to own their roles and set the framework for success

Support customer experience strategic initiatives
