Director of Distribution
Location: Hickory, NC
Growing CPG company seeks a Director of Distribution.
Job Description:
- Report to VP of Distribution and lead a distribution center with 125 associates.
- Work closely with the I.T. team to utilize the WMS to better measure facility performance.
- Devlop performance metrics to improve Distribution Center performance.
Job Requirements:
- Must have 5 years of Distribution Center management experience with a high volume distribution center.
- Must have shipped small parcels using FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.
- Strong analytical skills are needed to better manage facility metrics to improve performance.
