Position Summary:
The Director, Service Delivery & Product Development will utilize Evidence-Based Leadership principles to drive desired client results. The ideal candidate will accelerate levels of both quality and quantity of delivery resources as measured by renewals and service expansion. Achieve the Overall Coach Value of 72% of Senior Leaderhs 9’s & 10’s as measured by the Net Promoter Score (NPS) Survey. Achieve documented and validated ROI of more than 300% of the Actual Contract Value for each assigned client. Achieve agreed upon client’s organizational goal(s) with the CEO or highest officer. Harvests intellectual capital and best practices while delivering services in client organizations.
This role is a 50% services delivery and 50% product development split.
Service Delivery Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversight of client relationships including, but not limited to new client startups, client transitions, renewals, strategic planning input as well as Coach Development/Validation
- Input on updating and creating division materials and standardizing guidelines
- Provides coaching, mentoring and feedback to coaches assigned to their accounts
- Supervises the quality of service delivery in each account being led
- Facilitates the Monthly Operational Review Process for all Accounts assigned
- Ensure timely and accurate deployment of resources within the account to maintain both client expectation and Huron company fiscal responsibility
- Accountable for successful client results and relationships
- Demonstrates understanding and competence in the following areas: leadership evaluation, leadership development institutes, service excellence and accountability systems – collectively termed Evidenced-Based Leadership
- Ensure client implementation and understanding of Evidenced-Based Leadership by setting clear expectations for success and developing and implementing a sequenced work plan
- Facilitate and navigate client leaders and teams as they initiate processes by conducting on-site service delivery
- Provide professional and highest quality communication and administration to client, thus building effective client relationships
- Collaborates with Next Level Partnership and Partner Development to facilitate new business opportunities, expansions and renewals
- Contribute to Huron team by providing intellectual capital and building a network of internal and client resources
- Work with Project Analyst to maintain efficient and effective communication
- Assist Project Analyst in developing professional presentations – conduct presentation sessions at client locations
- Share skills and lessons learned with Huron team
- Other duties as assigned
Product Development Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead work groups to create methodology & advance innovation priorities to ensure Studer Group remains market-competitive
- Understand broader business imperatives that are occurring in the market, and take ideas and information and integrate into delivery methodology
- Provide timely and effective communication about methodology updates. Design and execute on training and roll out activities (internal & external) related to new methodology.
- Develop the new methodology tools/templates and direct and review accuracy of the updates made to written methodology tools/templates.
- Organize and harvest learnings from service delivery
- Provide direction for go-to-market messaging and sales collateral when applicable
Qualifications:
- Current permanent U.S. work authorization required
- Minimum of 5-7 years healthcare background preferably with operational leadership and supervisory experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Master’s degree preferred
- Excellent presentation, speaker and organizational skills
- Ability to develop a full understanding of Studer Group and Huron practices and tools and communicate them effectively to afford client growth.
– Willingness and ability to travel every week (Monday – Thursday, with potential onsite Fridays) and work extended hours as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to take multi-project perspective and bigger picture view of area of expertise for product development
