What you’ll do:
As a Delivery Manager in our Global Brand & Experience area, you’ll enable business partners from around the enterprise to leverage technology and drive value for our current and future customers. We enable marketers, data scientists and advanced analysts to deliver innovative, data-driven experiences and insights to improve the interactions our customers have with Principal. We are the enterprise experts in the solutions we deliver!

Qualifications:
We’re looking for someone with:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with a preference in a computer science, technology, engineering, or math related field or equivalent work experience (6 years of experience equates to an Associate’s degree when defining “equivalent work experience”)
- 2+ years of related work experience (examples could be Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, etc.)
- Experience working in an agile team, focused in a software environment
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, activities and tasks under time constraints
Other technical skills relevant for this role:
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts
- Exposure to using data to make decisions
- Partnership with Marketing teams
