This role will offer the right candidate the chance to develop a range of skills with ongoing support and training!
Your Duties will include:
- Answering phones/dealing with our clients daily
- General administration duties
- Dealing with Insurance Companies and Panel Beaters
- Support to Office staff
- Sort and distribute mail
- Data entry
- Possibility of doing vehicle deliveries
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a confident and friendly phone manner
- Has exceptional written and oral communications skills
- Can be a team player
- Can commit to a rotating roster
- Can meet expectations
- Has Great computer skills
No experience necessary as full training will be provided, however experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point will be highly regarded.
