We are looking for a team-oriented, profit-driven and customer-driven individual who can maintain a sense of urgency to ensure that projects are completed, skillfully and efficiently. The Project Manager/Estimator must have excellent time management, organization and prioritization skills and an ability to independently pursue business objectives in an organized and efficient manner. Must be comfortable supervising multifaceted projects at the same time and to work in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.

The candidate must have extensive experience with HVAC and ductwork. The Project Manager/Estimator must understand the technical and financial side; have a thorough understanding of contract administration, change orders, RFI’s, as well as SMACNA and other codes. The candidate must have extensive experience with manufacturing, retail, office building and public type projects. The Project Manager/Estimator must be willing to spend time in the field inspecting, walking jobs and working with field employees.

Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:

· Plan, organize and manage the construction project in all areas from start to successful completion including submittals, change orders, and materials procurement.

· Comply with project contract including legal notifications, scope administration, change order procedures, billing, contract schedules, claims procedures and other contract requirements.

· Responsible for cost management. Monitor efficiency and production for compliance with labor budget.

· Work with Owner directly, to maintain project tracking and reporting to insure work progress and budget compliance.

· Control, collect and disseminate all project documentation.

· Maintain professional and timely communication with the general contractor, A&E team, owner, subcontractors, various company divisions and other key participants.

· Procure major equipment and fixtures through purchasing department.

· Assure that all production meets quality control standards. Protect and mitigate liability.

· Support and participate in the company safety program.

Additional Requirements:

· Must have a clean driving record and possession of valid US driver’s license

· Must be willing and able to pass a drug screen and background check

· High degree of accountability

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Highly developed verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to interact effectively, professionally, and collaboratively with internal and external clients

· Close attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and multi-task

· Ability to manage multiple assignments with changing priorities
