Fairgrounds Mobile Estates in American Canyon has an opening available for a full-time compliance manager! The position is Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This is not an on-site position.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Park compliance oversight and enforcement of the rules and regulations.
- Community involvement.
- Property walk-through and inspections of community amenities, park-owned rentals, parking areas, and resident spaces.
- Management of compliance notices, expirations, and procedure timing.
- Managing and resolving problematic resident and compliance issues.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Conflict resolution orientated
- Physically active (our park has 231 spaces!)
- Great customer service
- Experience using Microsoft Suites (particularly Word and Excel)
