Set Solutions, Inc. Cloud Security Practice is seeking a highly motivated and innovative Scrum Master to lead the Set Solutions Cloud Security Engineering team in adopting and executing of Agile frameworks, focusing on Scrum. The Set Solutions Cloud Security Engineering team works closely with new and current customers to design, develop, and deploy private, public, hybrid and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities Include:
· Serve as a senior team member responsible for facilitating the adoption, implementation, and sustainability of Agile processes, principles, and practices
· Implement flow tracking metrics, cycle time, Sprint velocity, burndown and burnup
· Assist management when evaluating team capacity to take on additional projects
· Provide team guidance and coaching to facilitate increasing Scrum maturity
· Help build a productive environment where team members demonstrate project ownership
· Assist team members in identifying, prioritizing, and either clearing or escalating impediments
· Help the team to continuously reflect and improve their product delivery growing their predictability, collaboration, and quality practices
· Promote an environment and culture of experimentation and innovation
· Draft and maintain training materialsand gather feedback from training sessions
· Coach the team in their performance of:
o Sprint events: Sprint planning, stand-ups, refinement, reviews/demos, retrospectives,
o Backlog management: definition, refinement, and prioritization,
o Story sizing employing relative size estimation – Story Points and Planning Poker.
· Manage all Cloud Professional Service Delivery engagements
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and/or Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field
· Scrum Master certification (CSM, CSP, PMI-ACP)
· At least two (2) years’ experience in a Scrum Master role
· At least two (1) year experience preferred in working on Cloud related projects
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience guiding a distributed Scrum team
· Experience working with cloud engineering teams (AWS, Azure)
· Demonstrated knowledge of Lean and continuous flow project management
· Demonstrated knowledge of scaling Agile frameworks (LeSS, Nexus, Scrum at Scale, preferred)
