Closing Service Director

We are seeking an experienced, mature leader to join our Director Team to oversee restaurant operations during afternoons, dinner, and closing.

Requirements/Responsibilities

1. Minimum of 1 year leadership experience in high volume QSR operations ($4+ million revenue)

2. Must be willing to transfer to new Chick-fil-A location in February 2020, located at 6751 E McKellips Rd in Mesa.

3. Model the Core 4 of hospitality: Create eye contact, share a smile, speak with enthusiasm, and stay connected to make it personal.

4.Deliver Second Mile Service: go beyond what our guests expect and wow them with over-the-top hospitality to create raving fans.

5. The personal character and passion for using influence to develop others and grow the Chick-fil-A brand.
