Purpose of Job
Responsible for Closing process for all mortgage products. This position will collaborate with leadership team to analyze, create, and implement operational procedures, and drive strategy for Closing. This position will lead an elite team of Closing professionals to drive efficiency, ensure accuracy and manage vendors relationships.
Job Requirements
- Perform management responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies
- Manage and perform salability duties for all mortgage types
- Monitor, resolve and report on conditions requested by FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, FHLMC & Investors
- Manage and perform compliance reviews related to CD’s, fees, credits and clerical errors
- Monitor and manage workflow details
- Analyze, suggest, develop and implement process changes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Provide training and guidance to closing department personnel
- Lead team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
- Responsible for monitoring performance, rewarding, and disciplining employees
- Ensure client records are compliant with regulatory standards
- Effectively communicate department goals, successes and failures with the executive leadership team
Minimum Requirements
- 5 or more years’ experience in mortgage banking or related industry.
- Two years’ experience in a manager role.
Preferred
- Degree in Business or related field
- 5 plus years of closing experience.

Salary: $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 /year
