    Certified Scrum Master

    SYSTEMTEC seeks a Certified Scrum Master for an On-Site (No remote) opportunity in Columbia, SC. Candidate will be responsible for promoting and supporting Scrum by helping everyone understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values.

    Responsibilities of the Certified Scrum Master:

    • Manage the Agile Software Development process by utilizing Scrum events such as sprints, daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives
    • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to increase effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the company
    • Work with product owner for effective product backlog management
    • Work with the Scrum Team and ensure goals, scope, and product domain are understood

    Requirements of the Certified Scrum Master:

    • Current Scrum Master certification
    • IT Application Development
    • IT experience as a Scrum Master
