Code Ninjas Holly Springs is looking for a Center Manager to join our team of dynamic, energetic, forward thinking minds, working toward our common goal: providing a fun and safe learning environment for children. The Center Manager is responsible for the daily operation of the center for which organization and dependability are key and genuine interaction with families and students is integral. Other duties include managing employees and schedules, overseeing inventory, center orderliness, and maintaining corporate standards. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, but knowledge of coding is not, our programs are taught by trained senseis with passion for the material and lessons.
The Center Manager will work closely with the owner to engage with students and parents to define the studentâs learning needs and follow how the student is learning and progressing. Additionally Center Managers will follow up on leads, schedule tours, grow enrollment, and manage the social media for this location.
Daily work hours for the Holly Springs Center Manger are dependent on Camp and Track-Out schedules, but a typical scheduled day would be from 12noon-7:30pm and Saturdays from 10am-3pm.
Code Ninjas is the nationâs fastest growing kidsâ coding centers which teach kids to code in a fun, non-intimidating way by playing and building video games they love. In our centers kids join the dojo, much like they would in a martial arts studio, and have a blast while gaining confidence and new skills like coding, math, logic, and problem solving, as they progress from white to black belts.
