- Manages a large business activity.
- Formulates instructions and directives necessary to operate a fluid, profit generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base.
- Represents the activity at conferences, to special interest groups and other agencies.
- Coordinates functions with community, and military representatives. As a second level supervisor reviews the actions of subordinate supervisors.
- Conducts management review of patron programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures.
- Monitors the procurement of all supplies and equipment for the activity.
- Evaluates the success of programs in terms of profitability, customer satisfaction and mission accomplishment Reviews financial reports, estimates projected costs, develops activity financial plan.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:Work experience managing or directing the activities of the type of business (i.e.; restaurant, bowling center, golf course) to be managed.
**Applicants that meet the Minimum Qualifications & Highly Preferred criteria (below) will be referred to management for consideration first. All others may be referred if management does not make a selection from the Highly Preferred list**
Highly Preferred Criteria is as follows:
3 years’ experience in managing a large multi-functional business, Associate’s degree (AA) in Business Administration and/or Hospitality; or equivalent length in service with Food & Beverage, knowledge of financial management; to include budgeting, cost of goods, planning, and forecasting, supervised a team of +20 employees, and currently possess an active Manager ServSafe certification.To be evaluated as a highly preferred candidate, your resume MUST clearly reflect the knowledge and experience listed under the highly Preferred criteria above.
