A large import dealer has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Finance and Insurance Manager in their state-of-the-art dealership. Must be a highly driven, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and problem solving aptitude. Responsibilities:
- Process applications for credit and financial approvals
- Determine ideal finance options for customers
- Work with sales team to determine, meet and exceed monthly goals
- Ensure each deal complies with both state and federal laws
- Follow dealershipâs finance procedures
- Maintain an outstanding customer satisfaction rating
Requirements:
- Minimum three (3) yearsâ experience as a finance manager
- Previous automotive experience is a must
- Strong interpersonal and customer skills
- Goal-oriented
- Professional and personable manner
