Assistant Director

This is a leadership position that requires optimum personnel skills, organizational ability, and problem solving skills. The successful candidate must have experience with a high closing rate to increase enrollment by developing and supporting existing and new customers for the center.

Candidate must be familiar with Katy ISD and the surrounding area.

The Assistant Director possesses an upbeat personality and inspires all in the Tutoring Club team. In addition, the Assistant Director possesses the education and coaching skills necessary to recognize the optimum educational opportunities for each Tutoring Club student. This position must have working knowledge of all positions.

The Assistant Director understands and actively contributes to and supports success of the Tutoring Club; including the vision, mission, values, strategy, processes, and priorities.

This position may require an additional personal assessment before completing the hiring process.

This is a full-time salary and commission position (annual salary with commission is projected to be between $65,000 – $70,000 per year) with the following work schedule:

Monday – Thursday: 11:00 am – 8:00 pm

Friday: Off

Saturday: 9:00 am – 12:00 noon
