Talento Search Group has an opening for a VP of Operations position in Wilson, North Carolina. This is a direct-hire position and the pay range is $130,000 – $135,000 depending on experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create, manage and maintain strong client relationships with an emphasis on growth
- Responsible for developing and implementing production activities to meet production goals,safety, quality and cost objectives
- Responsible for leading new business development
- Control capital expenditures
- Select, develop and evaluate personnel to meet business growth and objectives
- Develop schedules and manpower requirements to ensure efficient operation
- Maintain policies, procedures and systems to reduce costs
- Create and sustain a continuous improvement environment
- Perform other related duties as needed or assigned
Experience Needed:
- Experience with the printing or mailing industry
- At least 5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong organizational, negotiating and analytical skills
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and lead others
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
