    Universal Logistic Holdings Inc., a leading single-source logistics and transportation services provider, is seeking a Vice President of Dedicated Sales/Private Fleet Conversions based in Warren, MI.

    Universal Logistic Holdings Inc. provides Flatbed, Van, Over Dimensional, Oilfield and Logistics Services throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico. Our stability and experience within the industry has been proven with our continued growth, year after year.

    The ideal candidate will possess the following:

    • 7+ years of regional management experience
    • Successful history in dedicated transportation sales/private fleet conversion business development experience
    • Strong business acumen
    • Experience conducting business with “C-level” executives
    • Confident, decisive with strong negotiation, problem solving and closing skills
    • Aggressive mindset for growing a sales portfolio
    • Have the wherewithal, confidence and social aptitude to carry out executive level responsibilities.
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Ability to travel up to 50 percent of the time

    Duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Prospecting, researching and developing relationships with Fortune 1000-type companies
    • Guide, develop and secure incremental revenue and market share from new business and existing accounts to achieve profitable volume growth consistent with revenue goals
    • Review market analyses to determine customer needs and volume potential
    • Conducting sales calls and sales presentations with potential business clients
    • Entertaining current and prospective business clients
    • Provide resolution to customer issues and complaints.
