Position Summary:

We are looking for a Traveling Clinic Manager to float between our clinics. The Traveling Clinic Manager will provide coverage while the clinic’s permanent Clinic Manager is out of the office (vacation, FMLA, leave, etc.).

Compensation: Average salary $70,000-90,000 (Base + commission)

Location: Des Moines, IA; Candidates must live within close proximity to both a Milan Laser clinic and a major airport

Travel: Up to 16 shifts per month

Status: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Perform all sales consultations and educate clients on Laser Hair Removal

• Actively seek client referrals and reviews, promote and recommend additional packages

• Assist clients with questions or concerns about treatments

• Participate in company on-site events to market our services to the community

• Conduct Client Satisfaction surveys

• Lead and manage a team of 2-3 employees

• Complete employee work schedules

• Maintain a positive working environment for all team members

To be considered for this opportunity, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Proven success in sales and team leadership

• Fostering a culture of world class customer service

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to maintain highly confidential information

• Display a passion for the aesthetics industry

• Intermediate computer skills

• Ability to fulfill the 100% travel schedule

• Possess a valid driver’s license and ability to rent a vehicle

• Reside in close proximity to both a Milan Laser clinic and a major airport

• Be able to lift 20-40 pounds
