Task Director

3. Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Individual must display attention to detail and safety consciousness. It is expected that they should be able to clearly communicate status of work in the field to the Project Manager and Site Project Lead. They should have extensive experience/understanding of both construction and operational process to support execution of multiple work fronts. Candidate must possess the ability to take initiative and resolve low level problems/barriers to facilitate work progress. In addition to multiple work fronts, the candidate should be proficient in understand and executing contracts that are either time and material or firm fixed price. This job will require physical activities such as crawling, climbing, substantial walking, use of staircases and some lifting.
