Job Location: Bentonville, AR
- Sales Planning & Strategy: Create and develop innovative channel specific plans/strategies to grow sales, share, and profits in assigned customer and channels. (Aligned to Sales VPâs)
- Collaborate with the Senior Leaders of the customer or customer group to develop a growth plan based on mutually aligned objectives and goals
- Shopper Marketing Management: Oversee development of insights, promotions and new item shopper support
- People Management: Develop best in class Sales Planning team
- Organization Leadership: Ensure integration with rest of organization with particular emphasis on sales
Education: Bachelorâs degree required, MBA or equivalent marketplace experience preferred
Experience: 12+ years of experience required interpreting data and communicating insight and findings to senior management and external partners in a clear, compelling way. Experience in managing planning and understand forecasting models, databases, and have the ability to work with large sets of complex data.
7+ years of people management experience required.
Experience with Walmart is strongly preferred
