We are seeking a Sr. Director of Dining Services to lead our dining department team in a luxury property in the Denver ,CO marketplace. RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE!!
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibility of a forward thinking multi-venue dining program
- Directs and conducts all safety, sanitation , and maintenance programs
- Onboard, train, and promote professional growth and development of dining team
- Leadership of all aspects of departmental financial accountability
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS, Hospitality , culinary or related field
- Three to five years of fine dining, upscale hotel, or country club experience
- High volume production and catering experience is essential
- Experience managing a P &L budget
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with contract-managed service
