Summary

This is a full time permanent position. In this role, you will build and prepare boxes for shipment among many of the other responsibilities.
The Receiver/Shipper is responsible for all efficient and accurate shipping and receiving of inventory shop’s facilities ensuring accurate inventory counts for received goods, transfers, shipments, returns, and all other functions associated with proper inventory management.
This is a full time permanent position. In this role, you will build and prepare boxes for shipment among many of the other responsibilities.

  • Build and prepare boxes for shipment to outside process.
  • Pack and protect finished product for shipment to customer.
  • Steel stamp parts as required.
  • Powered industrial truck driver.
  • Prepare barcode labels for required customers.
  • Knowledge of UPS computer system to prepare for shipments.
  • Position Requirements.

Skills

  • Proven experience as shipping.
  • Solid knowledge of logistics procedures.
  • Computer savvy with knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Good understanding of budgeting and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 to $21.00 /hour

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Computer Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Communication Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
