- 3-5 years of Scrum Master experience
- Experience working in large-scale products and/or programs
- Expertise in Lean, Kanban, XP, CI and other similar frameworks
- Familiarity with modern software engineering techniques
- Ability to shape strong presentations and narratives that influence and commit people to change
- Bachelor’s degree or combination of relevant education and experience
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Preferred skills and experience
- Agile or Scrum-related Certification
- Active participant and / or member of Agile communities
- 3-5 years implementing Lean and/or XP practices
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Atlassian product suite
- Varied toolbox of skillful techniques for coaching and mentoring individuals and teams
- Ability to guide and work between waterfall and agile (as we are in the middle of a transformation) to help teams, POs, PMs, dev managers and leadership find creative ways to deliver.
