Position Summary

We are looking for SR Scrum Master who has experience with multiple agile methodology and emphasis on a pragmatic approach to practice and implementation. Candidates should embody the following characteristics:

Responsibilities
Drives planning, roadmaps, backlogs and decisions across multiple Agile teams
- Participates in improvement and standardization activities across multiple Agile teams.
- Assists in the execution of product vision.
- Facilitates impediment resolution within teams and at the next level in a timely, cost effective manner.
- Guides teams to successful agile practices and drive continuous improvement
- Provide leadership, oversight management, delegation, and coordination to the various internal and external organizations.
- Manages relationships of all matirixed members of the team on a day-to-day basis and is responsible for interfacing with functional managers, product owners, or Scrum Masters.
Exemplifies as servant leadership style; role models situations and behaviors for their teams to include:
- A servant leader and coach for the agile teams. Mentoring team members and promoting agile thinking.
- Drives multiple teams in resolving conflict or reporting escalated issues involving risk, or dependency management that may be hindering the team’s ability to deliver value.
- Managing conflict and facilitating team decision making, enabling close cooperation across all roles and functions.
Drive Value Delivery for the product
- Facilitate events and processes to assist the teams in delivering value.
- Establish and maintain communications among all program stakeholders. Open and honest and yet tactful, knows audience, and understands how to facilitate change.
Required/Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Five (5) years of related experience
- Nine (9) years of related experience without a degree
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience driving digital transformation in large organizations
- Expertise in multiple Agile frameworks
- Proficient in Agile scaling frameworks (e.g. SAFe, Scrum at Scale)
- Experience moving teams and organizations from waterfall to agile methodologies
- Excellent written, verbal and electronic communication skills
- Interacts effectively with others at all levels of the organization; makes persuasive and informative presentations
