Scrum Master

• Helping the newer agile members get educated on agile, will be some coaching involved- exposure to agile.
• Must be familiar with both waterfall and agile methodologies

• Coordinating standups, status updates, coordinating on escalations, lead standups, run sprints. Come up with a sprint plan.
• May need to present in stakeholder meetings.

*Develops metrics and tracks/evaluates performance of programs, services and initiatives. Ensures plans/programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulations

• 1 -2 year of Scrum Master Experience required.

• Must be Scrum Certified

Salary: $50.00 to $70.00 /hour
