As a RESTORATION PROJECT MANAGER at Rainbow International Restoration of St. Charles, you are a key team member responsible for the restoration of homes and businesses that have been damaged by water, smoke, fire, mold or other disaster in West Suburban Chicagoland. Exemplifying our CODE OF VALUES, you show respect and courtesy to all of our customers, their property, and our fellow employees.
This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. You have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Proficient in Water-, Fire-, and Smoke- Restoration, Mold Remediation, as well as Carpet- and Upholstery Cleaning.
- Establish- and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner.
- Respond to work assignments and initiate water mitigation according to IICRC standards and Rainbow International’s processes.
- Communicate with customers about the scope of work needed and to complete the necessary paperwork as needed.
- Maintain all company Restoration- and Cleaning equipment, keeping them clean and properly maintained at all times.
- Perform marketing tasks to sell additional services or develop additional business as required.
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.
Job Requirements:
- Restoration and/or Construction experience helpful, BUT NOT REQUIRED.
- MINIMUM of 2 I.I.C.R.C. Certifications (i.e. WRT, CCT, OCT, AMRT, FST, Trauma, and/or ASD).
- Valid Driver’s License helpful, BUT NOT REQUIRED.
- Able to occasionally lift and/or move 50-100 pounds as needed.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and text ability).
