CarOffer is rapidly growing their Operations team and seeking a Resolution Manager to add to their growing team! The Resolution Manager will perform customer arbitration transactions in a prompt and courteous manner while supporting clients and team members in related functions and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Resolution Manager will work with the client from start to finish with a high level of service
- Resolve any customer complaints in a friendly, courteous manner; advise Operations Manager or designated manager of all serious complaints or incidences
- Resolve arbitration differences in a polite and distinct manner, making sure each customer is aware of transaction terms and conditions
- Coordinate third party inspections and perform proper recordkeeping
- Understand and enforce the companyâs arbitration policies and procedures
Skills/Requirements:
- Superior multi-tasking skills, detail oriented, strong organizational skills
- Exemplary conflict resolution skills, a friendly, positive attitude, customer obsessed
- Problem-solving skills are required
- Must be personable with a strong attention to detail
- Prefer 2 years of related Automotive Industry experience
