Remediation and Abatement Project Manager

STAT Services, Inc. is expanding and currently seeking candidates for the position of Project Manager. Project Managers are responsible for simultaneously managing multiple jobs from start to finish.

SUMMARY

STAT Services is a full service remediation and reconstruction company. We are expanding our services to include asbestos abatement. Currently our certification is for under 100 sq’ of ACM. We are planning getting certified for over 100 sq’ and need an experienced Project Manager to help implement the new processes, manage existing workers and help hire new workers as needed. You will need to be able to organize and coordinate dry out, mold remediation and asbestos abatement projects, as well as reach out to environmental consultants for new and on-going projects. You will work closely with STAT technicians, the owners of the business, as well as the Project Manager for reconstruction. Knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and some “hands on” are all required for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage water, mold and asbestos projects throughout the entirety of the job
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as project expectations between customers, co-workers and management
• Keep organized files for each project including contracts, technicians daily work sheets and receipts and subs invoices
• Review technicians paperwork and approve for billing
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts among team members

· Identify potential safety issues and communicate them to all parties involved

• Comply with all Federal, State, and local legal requirements
• Participate in ”on call” rotation for after-hours emergencies, if applicable
• Use company vehicle as needed to inspect job sites, purchase materials etc.

Qualifications:

• Must have a great attitude and be a team player
• Must be self-driven and motivated while possessing leadership skills as well
• Have 5+ years of dry out, remediation and asbestos abatement experience
• Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)

• Computer experience (Xactimate is a plus)
• Must have a valid CA driver’s license with a good record.
• Must be able to pass a Pulmonary Fit Test in order to wear a respirator if necessary
• All visible piercings require removal daily

• Drug screening may be completed upon hire

Salary: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 /year
