Our Company is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations (LNHA) with a strong clinical knowledge base to provide leadership in the Fresno, CA area. The Regional Director of Operations will oversee multiple Skilled Nursing facilities and manage regional staff that consist of Clinical, Staff Development, AR and Business Development.
Requirements:
- Nursing Home Administrators License (LNHA)
- Regional/Multi-Site experience in skilled nursing (SNF)
- Interest in the Fresno area and ability to travel throughout the region
- Track record of survey improvements, census growth, and staff development
