Experience in Tax Credit and/or Section 8 Housing a must. Team leader with strong communication skills (verbal and written), detail oriented and able to consistently meet deadlines. Must be able to maintain budgeted occupancy and expense goals and oversee all aspects of the properties management.
In addition to administrative duties, ideal candidate must also have a strong marketing background and be a proven closer.
