- Work cross-functionally to drive close coordination across Foundation portfolio managers and other support teams;
- prepare presentations for executives as it relates to the Foundation;
- coordinate a subset of grant cycles and manage key stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated knowledge of regulations and best practices specific to U.S. and International grants management (5 years experience)
- Relationship management with nonprofit stakeholders (5 years’ experience)
- Relationship management, cross-functionally, in large-multinational companies or organizations
- Organizing, and inspiring cross-functional teams/groups
- Experience with database management and systems administration required
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required
- Exceptional excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience in creating executive presentations
- Ability to navigate large, matrixed organizational environment is essential
- Strong decision-making skills and professional maturity is essential
