Position: Project Manager (Local Candidates Only)

Job Description:

The Project Manager will be responsible to planning, budgeting, overseeing, and documenting all aspects of the specific project they are working on. The Project Manager will work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as with other departments for support. This individual may work by themselves, or be in charge of a team for the completion of assigned projects.

Key Skills Required:

• Leadership: Will have to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make decisions for the team.
• Time Management: Will work with employees, customer, and management, often on several projects at the same time.
• Math and Budgeting: Will be expected to keep and maintain a budget in almost every field. Will need to be confident is using math skills to make sure all budget/project money is accounted for.
• Analytical Skills: Must be able to solve problems that may come up during a typical workday. Must be able to analyze data and make decisions that affect the project on a regular basis.
