Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing tech company in Charlotte! The Project Manager will be responsible for managing 3-5 projects. These projects are geared to improve our customer experience and are high-visibility throughout the organization, including weekly reports to the executive team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage project plan for 3-5 initiatives
• Steer the direction of each project alongside a senior leader
• Track project timeline and milestone completion targets
• Plan and lead meetings pertaining to the project
  • Create meeting goals and agendas
  • Facilitate conversation during meeting
  • Identify and track next steps
• Track projects in an executive facing dashboard
• Assist teams in process design
• Plan and lead change management activities (training, communications, etc)
• Identify system enhancements and provide business requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 3-5 years of experience leading projects
• Visio process design experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience leading meetings for a wide variety of audiences spanning all layers of the organization

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Lean Six Sigma knowledge and certification
• ITIL or ISO 20K knowledge
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience representing business requirements to application development teams
• Experience leading change management for a new process or system
