Job Title: Project Manager
Location: New Orleans, LA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Note: Danos is looking for Construction, I&E and Rope Access Project Managers

Responsibilities
- Responsible for all phases and aspects of the development, and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects.
- Ensure reporting mechanisms and project KPIs are in place to have proper information to make decisions in the overall best interest of the project
- Coordinates resources in the development of work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports – ultimately accountable for on-time delivery:
- Accountable for financial and technical success of project or segment of the project
- Manages project personnel to achieve project objectives.
- Bottom-line accountability for the financial and technical success of the project or area of project responsibility.
- Promotes a culture of teamwork, collaboration end success. Learns from other leaders. Has demonstrated values in line with company’s values.
- Understands and promotes Danos’ mission, vision and values.
- Understands and promotes Danos’ Safety Standards.
- Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis

Ensures preparation of:
- Project Execution Plan (PEP)
- Project Scope of Work
- Project Schedule
- Project Budget
- Project Staffing
- Project Equipment Plan

Review and approves:
- Estimates
- Project Financial forecasts
- Capital commitments compared to bid basis
- Quality and/or Safety reports (NCR, RFI, Incident Investigations, Near Miss, etc)
- Ensures:
- Necessary resources are in place and assigned to deliver project according to Danos Project Delivery Roadmap
- Customer is notified of any changes to commercial agreement (Not to Exceed, Change Order, etc) in a timely manner and ahead of breaching the contract
- Clear and open communication within PMT members and between functional groups.
- Ensures the changes in scope of work schedule are captured in the Change Management System
- Upon award ensures necessary documentation and bid assumptions are transferred from the Commercial Group to the Project Team
- Implementation of Lessons Learned and development of Post job Analysis Report
- Project focal point for functional group leaders and main point of contact with customer
Qualifications
- Candidates must be able to work on-site in New Orleans, LA. Housing is not available.
- Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience or 5 plus years of field experience.
- Excellent computer skills including Adobe Pro
- SAP experience is a big PLUS.
- Proficient in reading P&IDs
- For I&E Project Managers, understanding of NEC is a must. For the Rope Access Project Manager, candidates must be a minimum of RA 2 certified.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and leadership skills including presentation skills.
- Able to strategically plan, lead a team and negotiate with clients, vendors and subcontractors.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time within budget.
- Ability to develop and interpret detailed execution schedules in Microsoft Office products, especiallyt Excel and Word
- Exposure to Project based budgeting and financial reporting; ability to deliver project financials
- Coordinate resources across the organization, ability to interface with Danos’ functional leads to ensure project needs are resourced
