General Position Summary:

The Project Manager will work across functional lines within the Company and be responsible for the execution and ongoing success of major strategic initiatives, both internally and with key clients. The Project Manager’s role will be to manage the internal operations and delivery of all projects OBOSOT.


Essential Job Functions:

Project Management: Successful candidates will have a proven track record of managing multiple programs simultaneously at a high level of execution and complexity. Specifically, they will be able:

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered within budget, within scope and on time
  • Own and manage all internal operations in the successful execution of new client programs, including daily interface with Clinical, Legal, Product and Patient Care departments
  • Develop and maintain internal project plans, including timelines, project scope, and objectives, including all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility
  • Coordinate all internal and external resources and third parties/vendors as it relates to project scope and execution
  • Present and effectively communicate project updates to company leadership and key executive stakeholders
  • Use appropriate strategies to identify potential problems and suggest changes in scope, timeline, or budget to accommodate, drawing on management when necessary
  • Incorporate measurement strategies to evaluate project performance and outcomes – Track data and analyze against baseline metrics to measure program success and goals
  • Outline dependencies and develop plans to mitigate
  • Train other company personnel on specific elements related to new projects

Client-Facing Interaction

  • Effectively communicate with clients on all program updates including launch timelines, project development progress, execution challenges, etc.
  • Coordinate with clients to implement changes to existing programs as necessary
  • Generate and present client-facing materials (presentations, project health reports, etc.)

Desired Skills and Experience:

Background

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Working with a diverse set of stakeholders to maximize performance without compromising quality, budget or timelines
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience
  • Proven ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders to maximize performance without compromising quality, budget or timelines
