Mobelux is seeking an experienced project manager to join the team.

We’re looking for an experienced project manager who has the ability to prioritize and manage several projects in a high accountability environment while maintaining partner expectations and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure product quality while also protecting the project time and budget
  • Manage partner overall satisfaction and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist, or in some cases, lead quality assurance processes on projects
  • Recommend changes to scope, schedule, or budget as needed
  • Faciliate change requests
  • Provide needed documentation and status reports for both internal and partner needs
  • Serve as a general point of contact for day-to-day team and partner communications
  • Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders on generating new opportunities
  • Proactively manage issues and roadblocks
  • Contribute to resource planning and utilization tracking across all projects
  • Lead client kickoffs and drive sprints through tasking and status updates
  • Motivate project teams
