- Serve as management and technical advisor to Lynker Manager on contract task and employee issues
- Ensure project/task deliverables are being met and help mitigate for potential challenges
- Quality control of projects in accordance with Lynker task Quality Control Plan
- Serve as main task liaison and POC to the government, Lynker subcontractors, and task team member as designated
- Coordinate task team training, cross-team sharing, and/or replacement and recruiting
- Contribute to employee annual work plan development and annual reviews
- Escalate issues for resolution as needed to Lynker manager
- Supervise on site team providing 6 month and annual review
- Provide supportive leadership, mentoring, guidance and strategic direction and oversight for on site staff
- Follow Lynker administrative and HR policies and procedures
- Help facilitate organizational or process change initiatives
Desired Qualifications:
B.S. in environmental field plus 3-4 years of experience
2 years of experience managing or coordinating environmental projects
Experience managing and coordinating teams or employees
