    Job Description: Project Manager (Fort Smith, AR)

    Spartan Adventure Park is coming to Fort Smith, Arkansas!!!

    We are looking for an Energized and Experienced individual to manage Spartan Adventure Park as the area’s largest trampoline/VR/zip line/birthday venue right here in Fort Smith!

    Required: 4+ years of proven Leadership ability with Management Experience

    Preferred Management or Marketing degree

    All candidates must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, valid automobile insurance, and be able to pass a drug screening.

    We are looking for an experienced Manager with outstanding Training Skills, strong PC, website and internet skills, as well as great delegation and follow-up skills in a high energy environment.

    The Project Manager will need strong observation, communication, interpersonal, and written skills.

    Must have the ability to manage bookkeeping, payroll, time sheets, employees, and perform opening and/or closing procedures without constant supervision.

    *Salary range of $50,000 – $65,000 (DOE) plus annual profit sharing

    Flexible availability to include some nights and some weekends
