POSITION SUMMARY

Family Motor Coach Association is seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our team! This person will help with the planning, coordination, scheduling, management, and execution of assigned projects. The Project Manager reports directly to the Executive Director.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned):

· Ensures monthly project forecasting is complete for all projects by the due date.

· Identify and implement changes that make FMCA websites more user-friendly.

· Submit and track help desk tickets from FMCA staff for the IT Dept.

· Ensure timely execution of various marketing campaigns.

· Responsible for building maintenance.

· Attends or conducts weekly project status meetings.

· Maintain a current list of contracts and agreements.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

· Candidates must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Excellent written, verbal communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.

· Ability to adapt to constantly changing environment, task, project, and demands.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

· Experience using project management software (Confluence)

· Basic knowledge of database operations, back-end web design and configuration, and email marketing software

· General accounting knowledge and experience working within a budget.

TRAVEL:

Some travel may be required.
