    FUJIFILM’s Personalized Photo Products Group (3PG) is seeking a Project Manager based in our Valhalla, NY location. This person will be responsible for onboarding clients, payment solutions, business processes, 3PG platforms, and overall soft product sales support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to lead cross functional projects, strive to improve processes for internal and external clients, and an interest in software/technical applications.     The Project Manager works closely with internal teams (Operations, Sales, Marketing, Systems Engineering, Accounting, Legal, and Software & System Development), vendors, and customers to address business needs. They will be an integral part of onboarding customers and ensuring the process goes smoothly for all parties. This role has responsibility for 3PG onboarding, payment solutions, business processes, 3PG platforms and overall “soft product” sales support. The position of Technical Product Management, would work closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Systems Engineering, SSD, Accounting, Legal, Vendors, and Customers to support the business needs of 3PG.

    FUJIFILM North America Corporation is a marketing subsidiary of FUJIFILM Corporation in Tokyo, Japan that provides equipment, consumables and technical support to the graphic arts industry; digital photo processing equipment, technical support and fulfillment services for commercial and consumer customers; consumer digital cameras, and motion picture films. The company is comprised of five operating divisions: Photo Imaging Products; Graphic Systems Products; Electronic Imaging Products; Motion Picture Film Products; and Optical Devices.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage all business process mapping related to 3PG sales transactions, seeking improvement and automation opportunities
    • Act as the “go to” person for all paths of integration.
    • Oversees business, financial, and retail payment workflow from Fujifilm platforms through to SAP.
    • Functions as key business contact to all external relevant photo software providers (Dakis, LifePics, Lucidiom/Photo Finale, Custom Gateway, Media Clip, etc.) with responsibility for managing the business (sales, fees, revenue share, etc.)
    • Overall responsibility for overseeing the development, implementation and execution of payment solutions for Fujifilm personalized photo kiosks and platforms.
    • Support SAP Material Master and Customer Master management for 3PG
    • Responsible for maintaining and improving the material master/bill code mapping into SAP
    • Function as the business owner of 3PG platforms (i.e. employee website).
    • Stays abreast of market and technology trends in mobile and web from a personalized photo product perspective
    • Analyze feedback and industry trends from customers, prospects, competitors and analysts

    Requirements:

    • BS/BA in business
    • Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience working in the product management discipline
    • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Project, Visio)
    • Project management skills, and a history of strong working relationships with cross functional teams
    • Team player, able to quickly develop internal relationships
    • Aptitude for technology and ability to connect technical concepts with customer value
    • Excellent communications and presentation skills

    Desired:

    • Payment background, mobile/web marketing are a plus
