What you will be doing ….

The role of Program Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of programs within assigned customer accounts This role is involved in all phases of account management and project work from pre-solicitation through close-out while working closely with program contacts, customers, industry contacts, and internal employees in order to ensure successful project and program completion within scope of work, timeline and budget constraints.

Responsible for all aspects of the projects and business opportunities within assigned accounts, serving as primary point of contact for internal and external contacts

• Collaborate with sales, product management, engineering, operations and marketing teams to:
• Prepare sales proposals
• Drive commercialization of products, solutions and/or services developed under program
• Farm and foster new ideas and growth opportunities within assigned accounts
• Ensure products and services are competitive and well suited to market
• Participates in key business situations related to assigned account
• Travels to customer locations to develop & maintain key relationships and ensure customer service level expectations are exceeded
• Responsible for the negotiation of contracts, contractual changes and other commercial agreements
• Monitor and manage the scheduling and performance of company programs related to assigned accounts to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
• Track project expenses versus project budget and report concerns to upper management
• Responsible for all labor tracking and other expenses to be billed to project and ensure timely invoicing to customers
• Provide contract and project report deliverables to customers as required by contract terms
• Monitor technical progress and reporting to ensure accountability and compliance with service level agreement requirements
• Ensure signed contract terms are communicated to relevant parties within business
• Ensure successful project close-out, extension and/or renewals as applicable
• Support other program managers as needed

What you will bring to the table…

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 3 years of account management, project management, program management, product management or related experience required
