What You Will Do

As an Associate with AMITA Health, you will have the opportunity to

Provides leadership and direction to a group of ministries within a designated market to achieve vital presence as needed in the communities served.

Responsibilities:

• Promotes alignment among ministries within the market and the organization related to mission and vision, strategic positioning and operational performance.
• Anticipates or identifies market opportunities for growth and supports the ministry CEO’s within the market to work collaboratively with community leadership, other providers, physicians and payers to establish beneficial and strategic relationships between and among groups.
• Balances interests and ensures objectivity in decision-making between roles as a Ministry CEO and the leader of a designated market of ministries.
• Develops and implements structures which support the execution of strategic and operational plans. Leads the development and implementation of shared services and alignment with system strategies.

What You Will Need

Licenses/Certifications/Registration:

• Required Credential(s):
• None Required obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• Diploma
  • Bachelor’s degree required Master’s degree preferred

Work Experience:

• 10 years of experience required. 15 years of experience preferred. 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
