Todd Equipment is looking for an individual to fulfill the role of “Operations Manager”. Todd Equipment is a family owned small business located in Phoenix, Arizona. We are a proud Tow Truck Distributor for Miller Industries. We have been in the business of building tow trucks for over 25 years!
Our services include building and selling new and used tow trucks to towing companies local and nationwide. In addition to building and selling we also perform service work on the tow truck beds and bodies as well as sell parts in our parts department!
The position of “Operations Manager” involves managing a shop of 9 employee’s/technicians throughout the truck build process. Building schedules for the shop on builds and upcoming builds. Making sure that deadlines and quotas are met. Looking at the bigger picture and finding ways to be more efficient. Customer service is a top priority. This position will be in direct contact with customers the duration of the day. This position is Monday-Friday, 8-5 PM. There are quarterly bonuses based on performance.
The position of “Operations Manager” would require an individual with:
- Keen attention to detail
- Familiarity with build processes and or logistics
- Previous experience in management
- Clean and professional appearance
- Clean background and drug screen
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience with commercial equipment or a commercial equipment setting
- Bachelors Degree or above
- Experience in a shop or parts setting
- Experience in the towing industry

Salary: $40,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
