EarnUp is on the search for an enthusiastic Office/Culture Manager for our growing office in downtown San Francisco! The Office/Culture Manager will take ownership of employee happiness at EarnUp, from staying on top of our snack game to organizing company-wide events. As an Office/Culture Manager at EarnUp, you will:

  • Plan and execute onsite and offsite company events, including generating creative ideas, scheduling, booking venues and catering, managing budgets, and more
  • Act as primary liaison between the company and office building management (e.g. repairs, building code compliance, etc.)
  • Manage office deliveries and assist in shipping gifts as necessary
  • Own space planning, including frequent seating rearrangements; assist with build-out of expansion office space
  • Support a healthy and happy employee experience including ordering and maintaining snacks, swag, and office supplies

About You:

  • 1+ years of experience as an office manager or similar, operations-oriented role in a high-growth office environment
  • Acute attention to detail and follow through, high-level of organization
  • Ability to exercise judgment and maintain confidentiality
  • Basic proficiency with computers and IT equipment (e.g. printers, conference room phones, video conferencing equipment), including the ability to troubleshoot problems
