This is a key member of my management team. You will manage a small staff of 20 drivers and analyze their performance. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this individual will be responsible for scheduling, staging, loading and employee related problem solving. We are a new start up company requiring a unique set of skills for this position, coupled with a strong work ethic.
Critical to this position is the ability to trouble shoot delivery issues and to work with a unique delivery team.This is a new position involving on time pick up and package delivery.Prior experience in logistics or warehousing in the public or the private sector is highly desired. This position is bonus eligible with unlimited career potential. The ability to work weekends is required
